New Year, New YOU!
It’s the New Year! We made it! For some of us, 2017 was amazing, others may think it was the worst year ever, but no matter how you’d describe your 2017 one thing is a fact, 2018 is an opportunity to start again!
I realize now-a-days the internet is saturated with “new year new me” posts, neigh Sayers, supporter and the not so supportive types, however guess which one I am! That’s right the supporter, the hype-man, the super optimistic and excitable friend. Today is a chance to become a better version of yourself. A year is a long time, it can be intimidating to maintain your goals, follow through, and stay motivated, but it also gives you enough time to make mistakes, learn new things, and SEE RESULTS!
So you heard my plans last month, now I want to see yours! What is your goal this year? What do you want to accomplish? How will that make you better? Does that excite you? Because it sure as heck excites me! GET PUMPED! Today is the day you get to prepare to meet a cooler, better, smarter you.

Of course weight loss is on a lot of people’s resolutions list. Health is super important. Unfortunately, it is also one of the easiest resolutions to feel discouraged about because results are not instant. But have no fear, this guy show slow and steady really does win the race. This guy lost a 100 pounds in just one year!
Then there are skills that you might have always dreamed of, but never really believed was worth the effort. But anything that makes you happy, it worth it. And every new thing learned is a step forward to a more positive you! Here is a prime example of a young woman who spent her #YearAs a Violinist!
I saved the most inspirational video for last. We can never predict what life will throw at us and when it throws something heavy it is hard to get up. But no matter how long you are down, you CAN make a change for a better. You can live the life you want and deserve. You can overcome, you just need to start.
